At En Gold, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our stone and marble collections; however, if your piece does not perfectly suit your space, we offer a 14-day return period for most items in original condition. Please note that due to the natural variations in our materials, unique veining and texture are considered inherent characteristics rather than defects.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide your order details.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your item in its original custom crating or packaging to ensure the natural stone is protected during transit.
Arrange Collection
Once approved, we will coordinate a specialized furniture courier to collect the item from your residence at a scheduled time.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the item for damages, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
